Community Manager in acceleration programs is a position consisting in managing relations on the line of startups – business partners of acceleration programs and providing value in the area of communication, promotion and marketing. Agnieszka Kociszewska has been building such experience continuously since 2017. During this time, she carried out tasks involving, inter alia, organizing and collecting information materials about startups in individual projects for the needs of the accelerator and technology recipients. She acted as an intermediary in reporting the progress of startups’ work to the accelerator and technology recipients. He creates information and promotional materials, including for digital materials, social media channels, printed materials, industry articles and website. She organized and co-organized events such as Pitch Session, Demo Day, conferences and congresses. She created reports on implemented activities for the needs of the accelerator of technology recipients.
Competences: relationship management between startup and large enterprise, communication and PR activities, marketing, social media, organization of events, community building.
