Community Manager in the Startup Spark accelerator responsible for the proper information flow (both internally and externally) between startups, accelerator and large enterprises. One of the creators of the Startup Spark project, an entrepreneur, product developer, strategic planner. In the Startup Spark accelerator, in addition to being a mentor, he holds a position of Head of Production. He is responsible for consulting and operational activities in the area of product development, resource management, venture building, testing and strategic planning (including b2b sales and marketing). He is always willing to share his 6 yearlong entrepreneur experiences (both positive and negative). In private life, a music fan - former, however spontaneously active DJ, a South Korean cuisine and shrimp enthusiast.
Od ponad 9 lat prowadzi swój własny software house Czarny Kod, oraz od 3 lat jest dyrektorem technicznym i współzałożycielem startupu Tap To Speak (nagradzanej na całym świecie aplikacji).
Jest także mentorem w Akademickie Inkubatory Przedsiębiorczości oraz w programie Młodzi w Łodzi. W czasie wolnym pomaga fundacjom i stowarzyszeniom. Jego firmy zdobyły prawie 20 nagród i nominacji w tym nagrodę Mocni w Biznesie, oraz nominację do Nagrody Gospodarczej Prezydenta Rzeczpospolitej.
He started his professional career in Procter & Gamble. Between 1996-1999 he was Sales Director, later Sales and Marketing Director in P&G Poland. He took the same position at Heinz. He also worked as Operations Director for the Asian Media and Marketing and as CEO for the Waterloo200 charity organization, which aim was to commemorate the Battle of Waterloo 200th anniversary. He designed and organized a volunteer program for the 2012 Olympics in London. He currently manages Neighborhood Watch in the UK and works with the UNICEF organization. Based on his experience, in Startup Spark he supports startups and mentors in the area of cooperation with corporations and teaches how to be understood by big business. He has two sons. One of them is studying, the other is working for EY. He also has two classic British sports cars, but only one football club that he supports.
